Enhancement Technology
NEW AVIONICS SUITE
The main design purpose of the new ATR avionics suite 'is to provide the crew with the most realistic picture of the situation in the aviation and most comprehensive displays of aircraft systems, as well as to take care of the future growth needs of navigation and communication facilities by the end of the decade.
Medium, integrated LCD advanced functions will improve the safety, reliability, handling for the pilot, with the contribution to cost savings and weight loss maintenance.
Cockpit are designed to replace most of these instruments with five 6 "x 8" LCD display consists of:
- 2 Primary Flight Displays (PFD),
- 2 Multi-Function Displays (MFD),
- 1 Machine & Warning Display (EWD)

1 single computer to:
- APM (Aircraft Performance Monitoring) give you awareness of an aircraft in flight behavior
- EHS (Enhanced Surveillance) is needed by March of 2007, for the acquisition of aircraft and transfer parameters to transponder

Enhanced Performance
PW127M: ADDITIONAL INCOME IN ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE
ATR -600 series offer increased capacity, making the aircraft more attractive, even in the case of operational reach.
ATR offers a more powerful engine: PW127M, which gives strength thermodynamics 5% higher in the Take-Off and Continuous Max.
Thanks to a new level, the performance will be improved in the following ways:
- Take-off weight of 500 kg and 600 kg (1100 pounds to 1320 pounds) when there are limitations

MULTI-RATED ENGINE POWER
